Pigment issue

Dice in picture look great and the red really pops against the white and the light black splotches. However, the dice I got are almost grey in color instead of white. The numbers are still nice and red so it's not too hard to read but, they don't stand out like they do in the picture. The black splotches are a bit too close to the outside of the die so the glow isn't that bright or rather in some spots completely blacked out.
