It will feel like you are back on the boardwalk, browsing through the various sweet and candy in the Old-Tyme candy shop. Beautifully colored and nearly irresistible, the rainbow colored dice will be as tempting as their namesake and almost as sharp. But are not meant for eating!
Kraken Dice is proud to present our newest RAW acrylic dice set: Kraken's Rock Candy
This was a special commissioned RAW design and only 300 sets in total were made, don't miss out on making this a one of a kind set for your collection!
*Due to the production method of mixing opaque and translucent acrylics, it is not uncommon to find bubbles in these dice. Bubbles in acrylic dice sets are not considered a flaw or defect, as they do not create a functional impact on the product use.

The color and blending on these dice are awesome and they turned out great with some sanding and polishing. My one gripe is the placement of the sprues on the d6s, right on the corners, where its quite hard to shave off properly.
I thought these would be brighter like in the photos. They’re still pretty, but the variation in the way they’re made, mine came out fairly dark so they’re not as nice as the ones in the photos.
There were a couple dice noticably missing some chunks out of their corners, I assume it was from being taken off their rafts. I received a replacement for one, and decided to just keep the other. That was all fine and part of the fact that they came raw. The color of the dice on the other hand, really doesn't look like the dice in the store image. Mine were mostly orange, with only a few of the dice having some mix of blue. Purple, yellow, and pink were majorly absent from my dice, and realizing that they didn't have the same colorful vibe as the store pics and other pics I've seen of them really underwhelmed me, especially since I had been hoping to get a Rock Candy set for so long. I'm a bit disappointed that I feel this way, I really wanted to like them, but the dice I received were just underwhelming.
I had two pieces come in too badly warped to finish, but a note to Kraken on my next order got that taken care of, and replacement pieces were sent. I don't know that I'd call these "Rock Candy", honestly, because to me, they look more like classic marigold Carnival Glass! These were very much worth waiting for, and worth learning how to finish dice. They have a glorious shimmer to them, and even dark ink on the numbers doesn't diminish their shine!
They are so pretty! I am glad I was able to get a set :)
Absolutely beautiful. This is my first time buying a raw set, but they turned out great. Only complaint is that there is are bubbles in almost all of them, and on the d4 it created a hole when I started sanding them. Not sure if this is a mistake, as I have bought another raw set from this site where none had bubbles.
This is by far my favorite set of dice. The colors are spectacular. My only gripe is the placement of the sprues. They are located on the corners of the die which usually leaves a divet when removed. I would like to see the sprue location moved to the face of the dies so it would be easier to get a flat surface. It would preserve the sharp edges. That being said, I love this set.
Very pretty, first time buying raw dice (not very good at sanding them but still like trying :p). My only problem is that there are bubbles on the inside of a few of them.
A really beautiful project set to work on! The colors are stunning without blurring into a muddy mess at any point and the glitter just makes them pop more, I'm certain any color option would work wonderfully for the numbers.
