These Dwarven Metal dice are some of the most beautiful dice I have seen and are perfect for any collection. The secret of creating Dwarven Metal was lost with the Dwemer, and therefore it is one of the two metals that can't be mined, the other being Steel. However, the Dwemer left large amounts of scrap metal behind in their Dwarven Ruins, and this scrap metal is smelted into ingots.

Excellent Metal Dice
My set of dice arrived relatively soon after the minimum 14 day period, they came well packaged to avoid damage during shipping. The metal dice are high quality and look practically identical to the photos though depending on lighting conditions may appear slightly darker in colour. If you buy the metal dice you're absolutely going to need some sort of dice tray to roll them on that has a felt bottom as they don't particularly roll well on smooth table surfaces do to their heavy weight and smoothish finish. Inspecting their shape shows that the dice were well formed and do not posses any noticeable flaws that could lead them to be loaded dice as long as they're rolled on an appropriate surface. However a few of my dice did come with what appeared to be some minor aesthetic flaws on the engraved numbers where the metal wasn't even milled out, although upon further inspection this was just some dust that must have gotten stuck in during manufacturing or storage and was easily removed with a toothpick. All in all I would highly recommend these dice if you're looking for a quality set of good brass dice!

Amazing dice but issues with packaging
These dice are really pretty, the numbers are easily readable, and for me, the weight is the best part : it makes them incredibly pleasant to use. My only little issue was with the packaging : each dice come in a separate plastic bag, while one single plastic bag or none at all would have done the job. I would have preferred a more environment-friendly packaging.

Packing a Punch
These dice are beautiful and heavy, they make a ruckus when they roll and it's wonderful. The numbers are clear, they are easy to read and are definately worth the cost.

Wonderful!!
I was finally able to use this set in a session last night and boy are they fun to roll. The numbers show up great being on a darker color and the weight of them is great. They all rolled really well too. Being metal they obviously weigh more than the plastic ones, but it's the weight is the coolest part to me. Also, the velvet bag it comes in is super soft and pretty. Just an added bonus.
